Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Support Analyst to provide
technical and product support for clients in the healthcare
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, providing
support via phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex
problems to the engineering team as needed
Develop and maintain support documentation and conduct user
training sessions
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in technical support or customer service
roles, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS
Experience with Jira or other ticketing systems
Strong experience in clinical documentation improvement processes,
healthcare information systems, or technical troubleshooting
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and
processes
Excellent time management and prioritization skills in a remote
environment
