Job Description:

A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator to manage relationships with healthcare providers and facilitate the bill review process.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary information and clarify billing issues
Develop and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers to improve bill quality and accuracy
Document all correspondence and manage accurate records regarding cases and accounts

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, such as an administrative or customer service role
Exposure to healthcare claims, billing, and/or coding
Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-focused, and deadline-driven environment
Working knowledge of HIPAA is a plus
Experience working in an EMR system is a plus
