Job Description:
A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist II to join their
Corporate Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
Define and negotiate complex contractual terms to enhance customer
contracts and relationships
Engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements
and ensure timely commitments
Maintain an accurate rolling 90-day forecast of renewals and
identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in contract administration, renewals
management, or related fields, or a Bachelor's Degree with 1+ year
of experience
5+ years of experience in contract administration, renewals
management, or related fields, or a Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years
of experience, or a Master's Degree with 1+ year of experience
2+ years of Software as a Service (SaaS) experience
History of success in a rapidly-changing environment
Knowledge of Git and GitHub workflows
