Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to manage
and optimize their ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the ServiceNow platform, including user
management and application support
Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and modules to
meet business needs
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into
service performance
Required Qualifications
Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator with a strong
understanding of ITSM, SPM, FSM, and CSM
Proficiency in building and managing custom applications within the
ServiceNow platform
Familiarity with ServiceNow modules and functionalities, including
Incident, Change, and Problem Management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
environment
