      • Shifts & Scheduling 7on 7off, 7a to 7p
      • 4 x 10's mon-thurs 10:30a to 9p
      • 12hr shift 7on 7off (flexible on this)
      • Shifts & Scheduling 7A-7P, 7P-7A, 7A-330P, or PRN
      • Weekend Requirement Yes, alternating
      • Holiday Requirement negotiable
      • Is there a call or standby requirement? CALL, yes

          • FINGERPRINT REQUIREMENT - CAN BE DONE IN PERSON AT THE FACILITY 1 WEEK PRIOR TO START. REMOTE PROCESS MUST ALLOW 2 WEEKS FOR PROCESS PRIOR TO START
          • Floating between (UH) MR locations may be necessary
