A company is looking for an HR M&A Integration Lead -
Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead internal due diligence and create integration plans for
multiple acquisitions
Manage job mapping, contract harmonization, and employee experience
initiatives
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment and guide
the integration process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources or a relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR M&A integration
activities
Strong understanding of M&A deal life cycle and employee
success principles
Excellent program management skills with the ability to meet tight
deadlines
Knowledge of employment law and its application in HR practices
