Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Trainer who will design and
deliver learning and development programs for sales, service, and
retention teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive learning and development
strategy
Organize training content to teach essential knowledge and skills
for job success
Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain training
resources
Required Qualifications
Active resident P&C license
5+ years of experience in a sales and/or customer support training
role
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
5 years of relevant work experience in Learning & Development or
related industries
Experience leading large-scale training and leadership development
projects
