  Level I trauma center, Large campus, super busy and fast paced
  Short staffed so need case managers who can hit the ground running and help show how case managing is done.
  No actual nursing responsibilities or utilization review.
  Examples of pt population:
  - Indigent and homeless populations that are hard to discharge
  - Manage patients from L&D to the most critical adult ICU and everything in between
