As a key member of our Facility Resource Pool, you will provide clinical direction for all aspects of patient care in an acute inpatient setting, fostering a patient-centered approach. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical competency, utilizing evidence-based practices and research in all areas of the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and outcomes.Key Responsibilities

• Collects data and completes nursing assessments, utilizing appropriate area- and age-specific standards, policies, and tools.
• Develops and implements individualized plans of care, collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare team members.
• Provides direct care to assigned patients, delegating tasks as appropriate to members of the healthcare team, and ensures completion of assigned tasks.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of the plan of care, documents progress toward expected outcomes, and revises the plan as needed.Requirements

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
• Two years experience as a registered nurse
