• Assess and prioritize patients in the emergency department, providing timely and effective care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency.Requirements:
  • Active RN license in good standing.
  • Minimum 18 months of recent experience in an acute care emergency room setting.
  • Strong knowledge of emergency nursing principles and practices.
