Manager Sr - Specialty.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships to generate new business and
deal flow
Engage with sponsors and borrowers to expand relationships and
monitor credit quality
Partner with management to create strategic plans and track team
goals and performance
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Formal Credit Training preferred
10+ years of commercial financing or equivalent lending
experience
Established relationships and demonstrated direct origination track
record
Expertise in negotiating, structuring, and closing complex
loans
