Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workforce Management Analyst to
manage workforce functions and optimize client service levels.
Key Responsibilities
Forecasting for contact center operations using historical data and
projected client behaviors
Capacity planning to ensure resource availability meets service
level agreements
Real-time management and scheduling to optimize agent performance
and service levels
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent
3+ years of Workforce Management experience preferred
Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry
preferred
Experience with workforce management software and tools
Deep understanding of call center operations and industry trends
preferred
