Job Description:

A company is looking for a Site Merchandising Director who will optimize the online shopping experience and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and align strategies with cross-functional teams to achieve eCommerce sales growth targets
Own and drive the optimization of site navigation, search, and product placement to enhance conversion rates
Analyze customer behavior and sales data to inform merchandising decisions and improve the digital consumer journey

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in eCommerce merchandising
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through merchandising strategies
Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and analytics tools
Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques
Familiarity with SEO principles as they apply to site merchandising
