Hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead teams to maintain focus and engagement while managing product
backlog and release cadence
Coach and mentor team members, fostering a strong team culture
Oversee architecture and systems engineering for products,
collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of software development experience
2+ years of experience managing software teams or similar
experience as an individual contributor
Strong technical background in software engineering and
architecture
Experience recruiting and building software engineering teams
Familiarity with modern programming languages and frameworks
